To launch your placement experience with us, we require an initial Family Placement Investment of $600. This fee contributes to our early recruitment and onboarding efforts. Once the placement is finalized, you will be billed 20% of your provider's predicted annual salary. ​

Our agency operates on a percentage-based fee system, calculating a one-time fee based on your nanny's total gross annual compensation, payable upon the commitment to hire.
