Fees
Before we talk numbers, let's talk about what you are actually getting. When you work with Nannies in the City, you are not paying for access to a database or a list of names. You are paying for a placement: a fully vetted, personally matched, professionally introduced caregiver who has been screened, interviewed, background checked, and referenced before you ever meet them.
You are also paying for the time we save you. A family searching independently spends an average of 60 to 80 hours finding, screening, and interviewing candidates. Our families spend a fraction of that, because we do the work before you walk in the room. You are paying for the confidence that comes with knowing you got it right.
To launch your placement experience with us, we require an initial Family Placement Investment of $600. This fee contributes to our early recruitment and onboarding efforts. Once the placement is finalized, you will be billed 20% of your provider's predicted annual salary.
Our agency operates on a percentage-based fee system, calculating a one-time fee based on your nanny's total gross annual compensation, payable upon the commitment to hire.

At this time, our agency prioritizes full-time and hybrid household placements, including Nannies, Family Assistants, and Household Managers. Part-time placements are considered on a limited, case-by-case basis and accepted at the agency’s discretion, depending on schedule, scope, and role complexity.
